Simple One Electric Scooter Launched In India

Bengaluru-based startup, Simple Energy has launched the One electric scooter in India at a starting price of Rs. 1.45 lakh (ex-showroom)

This price will get modified with the new FAME II subsidy rates from June 1

The Simple One was first showcased in 2021. The company went into the production of the EV for more than two years

The One electric scooter offers a range of 212 kms on a single charge.

At the time of its debut, the manufacturer claimed 236 km range.

The electric scooter will come with a 750 W portable charger, which can be bought at a cost of Rs. 13,000

The Simple One gets a 5.0 kWh battery pack

It is capable of producing 11.3 hp and 72 Nm

It'll only take 2.77 seconds to reach 40 kmph from zero. The top speed is 105 kmph
