Tata Motors has opened bookings for the CNG version of the Altroz at a token amount of Rs.21,000
The price of the Altroz iCNG will be announced soon. Deliveries will start from May.
CNG versions will be available in XE, XM+, XZ and XZ+ variants of the Altroz.
Four exterior colour options are also available for the Altroz iCNG : Opera Blue, Arcade Grey, Avenue White and Downtown Red
Altroz iCNG comes with twin-cylinder CNG technology. This is the first time Tata has experimented this technology in any of their vehicles
Two-30L cylinders are placed parallelly in the boot space to get more space. Tata has removed the spare wheel from the boot to accommodate the cylinders
This allows the Altroz iCNG to accommodate more luggage in the boot, which is a convenience that you don't see in other CNG cars. Tata offers 300L of bootspace with the CNG kit inside.
The only difference in the interior is the CNG mode button. This allows the driver to start the car in CNG mode.
