The Ducati Multistrada 1260 Enduro comes in two colours- Ducati Red & Sand

The wait comes to a fruitful close as the Ducati Multistrada 1260 Enduro gets launched in India. The Enduro is a perfect blend of performance and comfort both on and off the roads.

The all new Ducati Multistrada 1260 Enduro has a beastly 1262 cc Ducati Testastretta DVT spinning the wheels. This provides for some seriously noteworthy low-mid range grunt. Almost 85% of the net torque is available to the rider below 3500 rpm and sees a 17% bump at 5500 rpm, compared to the previous model. Thus the new Multistrada 1260 is indeed the bike with the highest torque available, in the segment.

Sergi Canovas, Managing Director of Ducati India said, “With its debut back in 2016, Multistrada 1200 Enduro made its place among the hearts of adventure motorcyclists and now, Multistrada 1260 Enduro presents a much more refined and an out-and-out adventure biking experience. The all-new adventure tourer is armed with all the necessary credentials to take on the toughest terrains that can be thrown at it. Built to impress, the all-new Multistrada 1260 Enduro is now more accessible and is poised to impress & excite hardcore adventure riders. Occupying the sporty end of the adventure bike spectrum, the Multistrada 1260 Enduro marks an all-new chapter for true off-road enthusiasts and adventure tourers in India.”

There is Ride by wire technology available on the new gen bike as well and a handful of riding modes on offer too. It also has the DQS (Ducati Quick Shift) system and a thoroughly improved ergonomics for added comfort and safety.

The 19 inchers up front and the 17s at the rear are both spoke wheels. This ups the ride comfort further. An electronic semi-active Sachs unit takes care of the suspension duties.

There are all those mouth watering electronics available on the new Enduro as well, the sophisticated Human Machine Interface (HMI) via 5″ TFT colour display, Ducati Multimedia System (DMS), cruise control etc to name a few…

On the safety front, there are things like a new 6-axis Bosch Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) controlling the cornering ABS, Ducati Cornering Lights (DCL),Vehicle Hold Control (VHC), Ducati Wheelie Control (DWC) among many others.

The new Ducati Multistrada 1260 also offers the convenience of long maintenance intervals. There are two colours available for the all new Enduro- Ducati Red and Sand. The Enduro-spec Ducati multistrada 1260 price in India starts at INR 19.99 Lakhs!
