Bhopal airport takes the sustainable path in energy consumption…
Sustainable energy solutions player Gautam Solar has successfully supplied 10BB Mono Half-Cut Solar panels to a solar power plant located at Raja Bhoj International Airport (Bhopal Airport) in Madhya Pradesh. This is a significant step towards promoting the use of clean energy and reducing the airport’s net carbon footprint.
The project was completed in time, and the panels delivered are capable of producing approximately 150,000 units of electricity every year, translating to a yearly reduction of 106 metric tons in carbon emissions. The panels are installed on rooftops of Bhopal airport and airport staff residences. Gautam Solar worked with Newsol PV Power Pvt. Ltd to realise the project.
