Hero Motocorp has yet again donated first responder vehicles in Haryana to have better reach into the outskirts
Under its CSR initiatives, Hero Motocorp supplied First Responder Vehicles (FRV) in Haryana, as part of the COVID relief measures. These new vehicles will go to the government civil hospitals in the Rewari and Dharuhera areas of Haryana.
The new first responder vehicles would be of immense use in reaching out to the patients and the needy in the rural and remote areas of the state. Each of these vehicles has been built upon the new Hero Xtreme 200R motorcycles. They have a full stretcher and a side-mounted foldable hood integrated into them. There are also things like a detachable first-aid kit, oxygen cylinders, fire extinguishers, LED flasher lights, foldable beacon light, and the like on each of these machines.
Hero Motocorp has been proactively involved in the fight against COVID 19 in India since the beginning. They have distributed 14 lakh meals, 37000 liters of sanitizers, 30 lakh face masks, and 15000 PPE kits in India so far.
