First batch of the recently launched Honda Goldwing got sold out within 24 hours of the start of booking.
As the nationwide lockdown eases, Honda Motorcycles and Scooters India has begun the deliveries of the all-new CB 650R and CBR 650R. The first 15 units were delivered from Honda BigWing Topline Mumbai, adhering strictly to all COVID protocols.
2021 Honda CB 650R and CBR 650R are brought in as CKD kits and get remarkable changes in them. The CB650R gets a compact ‘Trapezoid’ proportion, stubby tail, and short overhang headlight while the CBR 650R gets signature middleweight sports bike proportions and a refreshed reflector profile. The 650cc CBR gets lower fiaring with multiple character lines and angles.
Both the bikes are powered by a 649cc, DOHC, 16-valve, in-line four engine with a high-revving nature. This motor is capable of producing 86 hp and 57.5 Nm. The motorcycles get assist and slipper clutches, LED headlights, Honda Ignition Security System, Honda Selectable Torque Control, LCD instrument cluster, and many other features. The CB 650R is priced at 8.67 (ex-showroom) and the CBR 650 R at 8.88 lakh.
Honda Gold Wing Tour
Honda Motorcycles had recently launched the ‘Gold Wing Tour‘ in the country. Bookings for the CBU import had also begun back then. On the most reassuring note, the first lot of the Rs 37.2 lakh motorcycle got completely booked within 24 hours of the start of bookings.
