The aesthetically pumped-up F Type R Dynamic Black edition will be available just on the V8-powered iteration.
Jaguar Land Rover India has started taking bookings for the Jaguar F Type R Dynamic Black edition in the country. Think of the F Type R Dynamic Black as a visually beefed-up version of the iconic sports car. It will be available just on the top-spec F Type coupe, powered by the 5.0L supercharged V8.
Key Highlights
The F Type R Dynamic Black will have three exciting colourways to choose from-Santorini Black, Eiger Grey, and Firenze Red Metallic. The car also gets the ‘Black pack’ and 50.8cm (20-inch) five-spoke alloy wheels finished in gloss Black. The cabin looks evidently more appealing than that of the regular F Type and gets generous use of luxurious materials. The slimline Performance seats get 12-way electric adjustments and classy Windsor leather upholstery, with Ebony with light Oyster contrast stitching and a sportier Mars with Flame Red stitching to choose from. The door trim also gets a monogram stitch pattern and the 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster has a classy suedecloth wrap.
Under the hood of the Jaguar F Type R Dynamic Black is the massive 5.0L supercharged V8 churning out 450 hp and 580Nm. The car comes with an 8-speed automatic transmission and RWD. There is, however, a more powerful 575 hp F type R equipped with AWD on sale here, which does not get the Black persona, nor does the smaller 2.0L turbo petrol counterpart.
Expected Price
While the actual launch date is yet to surface, the F Type R Dynamic Black is expected to be priced above the F Type R Dynamic that is currently retailing for a sticker price of 1.36 crores in India.
