The Omega Seiki showroom will showcase the Rage+ for now
Omega Seiki, the EV maker, has opened its first dealership in the country. Going by the name OHM Automotive, the dealership has come up in the state of Telangana. Locaed at Kutakpally Y junction in Hyderabad, it currently showcases the various iterations of the recently launched Omega Seiki Rage+. This cargo three wheeler has been amassing great responses from businesses across the country ever since its market debut sometime back. The manufacturer has also tied up with various financing companies including SBI and Manappuram Finance, to provide attractive finance schemes to its customers.
The Rage Plus falls into the L5 category and offers superior driver-comfort and ride quality along with class leading range and performance, thanks be to its modern day Lithium ion battery. The vehicle is targetted at the eCommerce and FMCG fleet operators, for which the company has also set up fleets in cities like Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Indore, under the brand ‘UnoXpress’.
The maiden showroom has been set up in the prime business area in Hyderabad taking into consideration, the fact that Telangana is a key market for the manufacturer. They also have plans to expand the dealer network further by opening outlets in Visakhapatnam and Vijayawada by 2021. The manufacturer had recently hit the news a number of times for launching the electric cargo three wheeler range and also for partnering with various national and international firms for EV R&D, too.
