Maruti EVX Concept Details
The all-electric eVX concept packs a huge 60 kWh battery pack and gets a driving range of up to 550 km on a single charge. It has a boxy and SUV-ish design, and retains all the traits that make it instantly recognisable as a Suzuki.
Closed-off bumpers, illumination around the Suzuki badge, pronounced front end, V-shaped daytime running lights with the lower half having an individual tile design, a connected light bar at the front, prominent shoulder line, squared-off wheel arches, muscular rear haunches, angular cuts on the rear window, tailgate-integrated rear spoiler, raised up tailgate, connected LED taillights, and pronounced rear bumper and skid plate are the major design highlights.
The eVX gets aerodynamic wheels, designed to provide maximum stability and smoothen out the airflow down the sides of the car. They’re completely closed with a black covering. The show car is finished in a unique Gunmetal shade.
Suzuki has also committed itself to a sustainable future and has announced an investment of ₹100 Billion for the production of BEV’s and their batteries. The eVX will most likely take on the Tata Nexon EV, MG ZS EV, Hyundai Kona Electric, etc. when it hits the Indian market.
