All New Tata Safari Launched In India From INR 14.69 Lakh, Gets A More Appealing Adventure Suit As Well

The Tata Safari Adventure Persona has added character to it, just for the savvy!

TATA’s new flagship SUV or the resurrected TATA Safari entered the heavily competitive SUV segment today. While re-entering the Indian market, the new Tata Safari is available in 9 variants namely XE, XM, XT, XT+, XZ and XZ+ priced from 14.49 Lakh to 21.25 Lakh. Also, the distinctly expressive Adventure Persona variant is priced from 20.20 Lakh, which goes up to 21.45 Lakh for the automatic model.

Though built much like the TATA Harrier, sharing almost all of its underpinnings, the Safari 2021 has all the boxes ticked to make the maximum out of the current market trends, clearly swinging towards SUVs. Should you have any more queries on how good the Safari is, check out our detailed review here!

Built on the OMEGARC architecture, derived from the D8 platform of Land Rover, and powered by the 2.0 KRYOTEC diesel engine, the new Safari is quite mighty and capable. Key design highlights include the tri-arrow chrome pattern grilles, iconic roof rails and R18 machined alloys, which provide the right proportions of a hardcore SUV.

Moreover, the signature oyster white interiors and the ashwood finish on the dashboard render an air of premiumness to the cabin. To get it straight, TATA motors has brought Safari 2021 to strengthen their presence in the SUV segment with an uncompromising set-forth in terms of utility, performance, drivability, and comfort, backed up with a strong lineage.

Judging by the price range, the TATA Safari is placed squarely against the likes of Mahindra XUV500, MG Hector Plus, Jeep Compass and the upcoming 7 seater Hyundai Creta.
