2023 Hyundai Verna

Hyundai Verna has been a top player in the midsize sedan segment in India, even though the segment itself has lost its flair. Hyundai has been testing the new generation Verna on Indian roads for quite some time now, under heavy camouflage. This hints at the imminent launch of the new Verna in the upcoming months. The facelift is likely to adopt the Sensuous Sportiness philosophy used in the brand’s global models such as the Elantra and Sonata.

Hyundai might lose the 1.0-litre turbo petrol in order to add the 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine which is more powerful. It’ll partner up with the 1.5-litre petrol and the 1.5-litre diesel engines. More features and advanced tech will be present inside the car. ADAS will be introduced in the upcoming Hyundai Verna alongside the 10.25-inch touchscreen, digital cluster, etc. As per the reports, the launch of the much-anticipated model will take place in the upcoming months.

Hyundai Micro SUV

Hyundai has been working on a micro SUV, mainly to rival the Tata punch in the Indian market. The 5-seater micro SUV, codenamed Ai3, will be based on the modified version of the Grand i10 Nios’ platform. It might come with a NA 1.2L 4-cylinder petrol engine with possible AT and MT transmission choices. One of the recent spottings of the test mule of the Ai3 in Korea hints at a proper SUV-ish design and character in the vehicle.
