Hero Passion Pro Xtec is available in two variants
Hero Motocorp has added another model to its XTEC lineup. Hero Passion XTec has now been launched with the much adored digital instrumentation cluster. The motorcycle is available in both disc and drum brake variants. Passion XTec prices start at Rs 74,590 ex-showroom.

Hero Passion XTec: Key Highlights
Hero Passion XTec gets a new LED projector headlamp unit with an integrated H-shaped DRL. This unit is claimed to offer a stronger and longer beam. The headlamp cowl and visor are now sleek and good-looking. There is also a new set of graphics even while the body panels remain unchanged.
The XTEC kit brings a bunch of interesting technology to the Hero Passion Pro. The digital instrument cluster offers Bluetooth-based smartphone connectivity. The connectivity pack offers SMS and call alerts. Besides, there are also indications for low fuel, fuel levels, real-time mileage, and a service reminder. Other equipment includes a USB charging point and a side stand engine cut-off and fall cut-off functions.
The motorcycle remains mechanically unchanged. All key parts and the frame remain the same as the standard model. 30mm telescopic front forks and dual rear shockers handle suspension duties. Braking is done by 130mm drum brakes on the lower variants while the top-spec disc-variant gets a 240mm disc at the front and drums at the rear.
The Passion Pro XTec is powered by the same engine as the standard motorcycle- 113cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled unit churning out 9.12 PS and 9.79 Nm. The transmission on offer is a 6-speed unit and there is the i3S tech offered for more fuel economy.
The Passion XTec joins a clan of 5 other XTec models- Destini 125 XTEC, Pleasure+ 110 XTEC, Splendor Plus Xtec, Maestro Edge 125 XTEC, and Glamour 125 XTEC.
