Volkswagen Virtus [Vento Replacement] Revealed For India

Volkswagen Virtus is the fourth product from VW Group’s India 2.0 project

Volkswagen India has revealed the much anticipated Volkswagen Virtus sedan for the Indian market. The India-spec car is underpinned by the MQB A0 IN platform, the product of the German automaker’s India 2.0 project, which we had previously seen on models like the Skoda Kushaq, VW Taigun, and Skoda Slavia.

VW Virtus has already gathered eyeballs as the VW Vento replacement, spanning an impressive 4,561 mm in the overall length, which is by far the largest in its segment. The prices of the midsize sedan will be out at the time of its launch in May 2022, and are expected to fall in the Rs. 11-19 lakhs range.
