Ending anticipations, Tata Motors has launched the Altroz Racer in the Indian market. This model will be offered alongside the standard Altroz, which has also received slight updates and new variants recently. The Altroz Racer features a new engine, several aesthetic improvements, new features and is offered in 3 variants- R1, R2, and R3, with prices starting from Rs 9.49 lakh and going up to Rs 10.99 lakh (excluding showroom).
On the powertrain front, the Altroz Racer uses the 1.2-litre turbo-petrol from Nexon, capable of producing 118 bhp and 170 Nm. It comes just with a manual transmission option.
