Hyundai India aims to provide contactless car care experience to its customers
Hyundai Motor India Ltd (HMIL), country’s second-largest carmaker, today announced the commencement of ‘Hyundai Smart Care Clinic’. It is basically a 10-day service camp for customers, beginning from 14th December and extending all the way to 23rd December, and across the brand’s 1288 service points across India.
The Smart Care Clinic have some surprising benefits up its sleeves. This includes complimentary 1 year extended warranty for 200 customers selected through lucky draw, complimentary Amazon vouchers or fuel cards worth Rs. 2000 for 1000 lucky customers, free top wash, 10% discount on mechanical parts, 20% discount on all value-added services, free 50 point check-up and upto 20% discount on mechanical labour. Additionally one can also avail up to Rs. 70000 discount on purchasing a new Hyundai car.
Hyundai India has also introduced a more convenient 360-degree digital contactless service model to mitigate the spread of Covid-19. This ensures a complete contact-free service experience with online service booking, vehicle status update, pick and drop from home or office to online payment facility.
