The Camp would commence at every Tata Motors showrooms and Tata Motors service centers from 15th to 25th July
Tata Motors will organize Monsoon-special Free check-up camps from 15th to 25th July 2019. The far-stretched network of Tata Motors showrooms and authorised Tata Motors service centers across the country will host the campaign during this period.
In addition to free check-ups, the carmaker would provide various schemes and offers for its customers to benefit from. This annual exercise aims at establishing a better manufacturer-customer relationship by providing better aftersales care for every Tata car.
According to Mr. Subhajit Roy, Senior General Manager & Head Customer Care, Tata Motors – “Customer service at Tata Motors is key to its business, which has evolved over the years. We have introduced a wide range of service offerings to keep pace with the changing demands of the market and meet all customer needs in a timely manner by maintaining competitive and enhancing quality.
The resultant – an improved standalone second rank in the JD Power Customer Service Index. Through the roll-out of the free monsoon check-up camp, we will cater to all Tata Motors’ passenger car and utility vehicle owners this monsoon. We strongly believe that after-market services are imperative to enhance customer experience and annual service camps serve as an ideal platform to gather customer insights and understand their aspirations better.”
The campaign will offer the customers a host of exciting benefits like significant discounts on roadside assistance (RSA) policies, spare parts, labour and oil top-up & change. The RSA policies sold during the period would give the customers a valuable 10% cut while the oil top-up and change would see a 10% drop for personal and 15% for the fleet segments.
Selected Tata Motors showrooms will also organize new car displays, interesting loan cum exchange melas and free evaluation of your old cars.
