TVS Ronin packs a lot of features and tech
TVS Motor Company has launched their all-new modern-retro motorcycle Ronin in Kerala. The motorcycle is priced from Rs 1.49 lakh, and comes in three variants: Ronin SS, Ronin DS, and Ronin TD. Below are the detailed prices:

TVS Ronin: Quick Highlights
Ronin is the very first retro-modern motorcycle from TVS. It retains the classic motorcycle proportions along with a number of modern cues. Key highlights include a circular headlamp, all LED lighting, signature T-shaped pilot lamp, stylish 6-spoke 17-inch alloy wheels, block pattern tyres and unique exhaust and muffler design.
TVS has stuffed in numerous features on the Ronin. There is a digital instrument cluster with an assymetric design for the speedometer. The display inside offers various pieces of rider information like DTE, ETA, gear shift assist, service due indication, low battery indicator etc. There is also voice assist on offer. The smartphone connectivity continues to offer services like turn by turn navigation, app-based operations, call/message alerts, custom window notifications and more.
TVS Ronin Specifications
Ronin gets a 225cc, single cylinder, 4 valve, oil-cooled SOHC engine as its powerhouse. The setup churns out 20.4 PS and 19.93 Nm, and comes mated to a 5-speed transmission. There is assist and slipper clutch too. The engine comes with an Integrated Starter Generator for better efficiency and smoother operations. TVS Ronin offers selectable ABS modes- Rain and Urban. It gets (golden) USD forks at the front and a gas-charged rear monoshock. The base-spec comes with single channel ABS while the range topping variant gets dual channel ABS.
