Coastline Garages, the Kochi based MG dealer has done deliveries of 11 MG ZS EVs in one day!
It has been a while since Morris Garages launched their second product for India, the MG ZS EV here. However, the car had initially been available to selected cities only. Now, MG is taking the EV to more local markets. This story is from the south. Coastline Garages is an MG dealership from Kochi, Kerala. The dealer had recently hit the limelight, by delivering as many as 11 ZS EVs in one go, amidst the pandemic.
11 customers of the EV and their families took deliveries of their new possessions at the dealership in Kochi, adhering strictly to all the government-imposed guidelines to safeguard themselves against the ongoing COVID 19. The customers had their cars handed over by Ernakulam district collector, Mr. Suhas IAS in the presence of various other dignitaries.
The MG ZS EV uses an all-electric powertrain that returns a real-world range of around 340 kilometers in a single charge. You could charge 80% of its battery pack in under 50 minutes using a 50 kW fast charger. The EV is priced at INR 20.88 ( Ex-showroom, Kerala)
