Group Landmark has a lineage of having retailed many major automotive brands
Chinese EV brand BYD had debuted in India recently with the E6 as the maiden product. BYD E6 slots in as a commercial electric vehicle with promising range figures, and an ex-showroom price of Rs 29.15 lakh. Group Landmark, a known name in the automotive retail space, has partnered with BYD as the official retailer for Delhi NCR and Greater Mumbai.
E6, the electric MPV runs on a 71.7kWh lithium-ion phosphate battery mated to a 95hp motor. It can reach a top speed of 130 km/hr and offers range figures (WLTC) of 520km. The car can be charged via AC and DC chargers, with the 30% to 80% fast charging time being 35 minutes.
Group Landmark is looking to capitalize on the growing demand for EVs in India via the new partnership, and currently runs 113 outlets pan-India for multiple OEMs across 32 cities, and in eight states. At present, they handle brands such as Mercedes-Benz, Honda, Jeep, Volkswagen, and Renault.
