‘Honda From Home’ provides seamless car buying experience to Honda customers
As the world is fighting COVID 19, more and more car manufacturers are turning to online portals and digital shops to sell their models. We had seen Mercedes Benz and BMW going for the same through previous posts. Now here is Honda coming up with a digital platform for car sales as well. The portal aims at providing the customers with a digital platform where they can book their Honda cars with the click of a button and get them delivered with the help of the nearest retailers. The portal will soon list all of Honda’s pan India dealerships.
A wanna-be customer can log on to the website, select his preferred model, choose the dealership of choice, share his details and pay online to confirm their booking. A booking confirmation ID would then be generated and shared with the customer. Further ahead in the process, an executive from the dealership would get in touch to facilitate the further documentation and procedures of car-buying. Once done with the process, the car will be home delivered to the buyer. This model would make Honda car buying way simpler and safer too.
Honda is readying for a series of launches in India. They are expected to launch the new generation Honda City as and when the lockdown lifts. A facelift to the popular Honda WRV is also known to be in works. We expect these cars to be available for online booking upon launch.
