In the light of the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic, Jaguar Land Rover has announced various customer support measures to support their precious customers during the tough times of the day…
As part of extending support to their customers during the tough times of the day, Jaguar Land Rover has instituted a detailed action plan for them. The key points for the same are as follows:
- The service schedule interval for all Jaguar Land Rover vehicles has been extended by two months or 3200 km. Thus one need not worry about the ongoing lockdown and the associated closure of jaguar land rover showrooms.
- If the warranty for your Jaguar land rover model has expired during the lockdown, but have already had the repair concern reported, the retailer would extend the warranty as well.
- Jaguar Land Rover will give warranty and repairs up to 1000 km or 30 days from when the lockdown lifts, to all those who have had their extended warranty expire between 23rd March and the end of the lockdown.
- The manufacturer is providing efficient roadside assistance even during the lockdown period. Any customer can avail these through the Roadside Assistance helplines.
The production will restart at the Jaguar Land Rover facility from the 18th of May. We are expecting the carmaker to make a speedy recovery from the market crises.
