Keerthi Prakash To Head Renault Nissan Chennai Plant As MD

Renault Nissan has appointed Keerthi Prakash as the managing director of its Chennai plant. He will lead the operations at the Renault Nissan Automotive India Pvt Ltd (RNAIPL) manufacturing facility from September 1, 2022. Keerthi had joined RNAIPL plant in 2008 and is currently serving as the deputy general manager. With a net experience of around 20 years in automotive manufacturing, he replaces Biju Balendran, who has chosen to move out of Nissan. The new MD would report to Frank Torres, President Nissan India Ops, and functionally to Roddy Macleod, VP of manufacturing and supply chain management, for Africa, Middle East, and India.
