The new colours further spice up the visual appeal of the KTM RC range
Bajaj-owned KTM has rolled out a series of eye-popping paint schemes for its Supersport range. The KTM RC range is renowned for its aesthetic excellence. The RC range consists of offerings with 390, 200, and 125cc engines. The bike maker has introduced a new color each to all the three bikes.
The RC 390 gets a new metallic silver paint job. The body and fairings of the bike come finished in a new shade of metallic Silver, while the trellis frame and the alloys are finished in Orange. There are also touches of White, Orange and Black on the bike. The new shade would definitely have a fair share of takers, as it boosts the bike’s style quotient quite a bit. Also, it comes at no extra cost. The price of the RC 390 still remains INR 2,53,184. The RC 390 is the most powerful of the lot. Its 373.3cc single cylinder mill is capable of producing as much as 43.5PS and 36Nm !
KTM RC 200, the smaller supersport gets a new Electronic Orange shade, at no additional costs. Thus, the bike now has two colour options to choose from- the Electronic Orange and the Dark Galvano. The new paint scheme essentially means that Orange would be the dominant shade on the bike. The tank, parts of the fairing, trellis frame, front fender and the wheels come finished in Orange. The rest of the bike is finished in Black. The KTM RC 200 continues to be powered by the 199.5cc single cylinder BS6 engine that lets out 25 PS and 19.2 Nm. It is priced at INR 2,00,864 (ex.showroom)'
The RC125 is the tiniest of the three. Powered by a 124.7cc single-cylinder engine producing 14.5 PS and 12Nm, the bike has a decent fan following in the country. It now gets a new Dark Galvano shade. The manufacturer is charging nothing extra for this either and the bike continues to be priced at INR 1,59,629.
