Suzuki has given its popular Gixxer series of motorcycles a fresh new look in India. The lineup, which includes 155cc and 250cc bikes- both naked and faired, has been updated with new colour options. The top-of-the-line Gixxer SF 250 is now offered in three striking colourways: Metallic Matte Stellar Blue, Metallic Matte Black No.2, and Metallic Sonic Silver with Metallic Triton Blue. Meanwhile, the Gixxer streetfighter is now available in two colours: Metallic Matte Stellar Blue and Metallic Matte Black No.2. The 155cc Gixxer, on the other hand, can be had in three colours in 2023: Metallic Sonic Silver with Pearl Blaze Orange, Metallic Triton Blue, and Glass Sparkle Black.
Along with the new colours, Suzuki has introduced Suzuki Ride Connect (available on both iOS and Android), a Bluetooth connectivity feature, across the lineup. This allows for turn-by-turn navigation, SMS and missed call notifications, and warnings including over-speed alerts.

There are no changes on the mechanical front or in performance. The 249cc single-cylinder, oil-cooled engine still produces a maximum power output of 26.13 bhp at 9,300 rpm and 22.2 Nm of peak torque at 7,300 rpm. Meanwhile, the 155cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine still produces 13.41 bhp of power at 8,000 rpm and 13.8 Nm of torque at 6,000 rpm.
