BMW Group India announces special aftersales schemes for doctors fighting COVID 19 on the frontline. The carmaker has many doctors as customers of the various BMW, MINI and BMW Motorrad models. All of them have been selflessly working round the clock to keep the pandemic in check. As a gesture of appreciation, the carmaker is now providing a complementary engine oil service at the various BMW showrooms across India.
The doctors who own any BMW, MINI or BMW Motorrad product who are registered with the Indian Medical Association, hospitals and clinics can avail these services. The eligible can register themselves at BMW Contactless Experience portal and book their service. Vehicles with engine oil service due as per Condition Based Service scheme can avail the complimentary service within 90 days post lockdown. However, existing customers with BMW or MINI service inclusive package or extended warranties will be provided free sanitation of their cars instead.
