With the BS6 deadline sprinting in fast, Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) has finally found it the right time to launch the BS6 version of the Toyota Innova Crysta, the ruler of its segment here.
2020 Toyota Innova Crysta BS6 Specifications
The BS6 Toyota Innova Crysta would come in both petrol and diesel guises. The BS6 Innova Crysta would host the familiar 2.7L petrol and 2.4L diesel engines, but in their thoroughly cleaner BS6 iterations. However, Toyota has chosen to put the axe on the 2.8L diesel mill, in the sprint towards achieving BS6 standards. Both the engine options would have manual and automatic transmission options to choose from.
The Toyota Innova Crysta was launched in India in 2016. The MPV has thereon been having a very successful run here. The Crysta is very well applauded for its comfort, safety, cheerful performance and stunningly low maintenance costs.
The Innova has been here for over a decade and a half now, with it first entering the markets in 2005. The flagship MPV, in its present guise, has so far managed to sell over 2,70,000 units pan India, thereby making up for around 40% share of its segment.

The BS6 Innova Crysta is priced competitively. The base variant would come to you for as low as INR 15.13 lakh, and the range-topping Touring Sport guise has a price tag of INR 22.02 Lakh ex-showroom. These essentially mean that the price of Innova Crysta has seen hikes ranging from INR 23000 -INR 1.12 lakh across the range on the BS6 models. Bookings for the car are now open and the deliveries are expected to commence by next month…
