Kia Motors India has announced their plans to support dealerships during the tough times of COVID 19. The carmaker recently let out details of multiple initiatives that would help the dealers deal with the challenging market conditions of the day.
Dealers across the country have unsold stocks stuck in transit and at showrooms. Kia India will support on the interest costs of these. This will be a great relief to the dealer partners. Also, the carmaker has transferred all the unutilized dealer funds that they had had with them to the current accounts of the dealers, so that they could safeguard their employees. Also, every accepted service claims for warranty have been credited to the dealer accounts.
Kia Motors India is striving to promote their online sales during this lockdown. The Kia India official website has been updated so as to enable the customers to book and buy their Kia cars online and reduce physical interaction to the minimum possible amount.
