Okinawa OKHI 90 Electric Scooter Launched In India At 1.21 Lakh

You can save up to 18K in subsidies in certain states

Rapidly growing Indian electric two-wheeler brand Okinawa Autotech has launched a new electric city scooter. Okinawa OKHI 90 scooter comes with 16-inch aluminium alloy wheels and is priced at Rs. 1,21,866, benefitting from the revised FAME II guidelines, but certain state subsidies can further shave off up to Rs. 18,000.

Okinawa OKHI 90 Features

OKHI 90 is loaded with features. The headlight features a sensitive light sensor that provides more visibility in low-light. The e-scooter also gets an in-built navigation system, Bluetooth, mobile charging port, geo-fencing, digital speedometer, knob-styled automatic keyless start, secure parking, and distinct alerts on the battery charge, speed, insurance, maintenance, etc.

Another addition is the Okinawa Connect App which helps locate the scooter in case of theft. OKHI 90 is available in four colours: Glossy Wine Red, Glossy Ash Grey, Glossy Pearl White, and Glossy Jewellery Blue.

Okinawa OKHI 90 Specifications

The e-scooter is powered by a centrally-mounted 3800-watt motor. There are two ride modes on offer: Eco and Sport. Eco mode allows comfortable speeds of around 55-60 kph, while in Sport mode, you can accelerate to 85-90 kph. The 72V 50 AH removable lithium-ion battery pack promises a range of around 160 km. Okinawa also claims the OKHI 90 can reach speeds up to 90KMPH in just 10 seconds.
