In keeping with the recent trend of dark-themed car colorways, Renault India has introduced a new limited edition- ‘Urban Night’ on all its models. Renault Urban Night Edition is based on the top-spec variants of the Kwid, Triber, and Kiger. The Urban Night Edition commands a fair degree of exclusivity as these are limited to 300 units each!

Renault Urban Night Edition: What Is It?

Renault’s Urban Night Limited Edition is more of a cosmetic package, but with the addition of a handful of interesting features. While the equipment add-ons would vary across models, what remains identical between the Urban Night editions of Kwid, Triber, and Kiger is the stunning Stealth Black exterior color.

The cabin layout and most bits on the inside, remain unchanged from the regular top-spec variants. However, equipment additions are worth a mention. The Kwid Urban Night Edition is the one that has had minimal feature add-ons in the trio. The newbies here include illuminated scuff plates and puddle lamps.

Renault Triber and Kiger on the other hand, get a more comprehensive equipment revisit. The Triber Urban Night Edition gets illuminated scuff plates, puddle lamps, and a 9.66-inch ‘Smart Mirror Monitor’ ( Essentially a fully digital IRVM display that doubles as an electrochromic mirror).

The Kiger gets the most number of feature add-ons with the Urban Night Edition. It comes with illuminated scuff plates, puddle lamps, Smart Mirror Monitor, and an advanced ambient lighting system.

Renault Urban Night Edition Specifications

The Limited Edition Urban Night stays clear of any mechanical/ specification upgrades. These cars get the same powertrains, platforms, and configurations as the respective regular range-topping variants.

Renault Urban Night Edition Price And Variants

Due to the additional equipment they pack, the Urban Night Edition cars command a slight price premium over their regular top-spec counterparts. The Kwid Urban Night is Rs 6,999 more expensive than the Kwid Climber. The Limited Edition Triber and Kiger have price premiums of Rs. 14,999 over their range-topping variants, as these cars get more equipment additions than the Kwid.
