All three variants are priced under 10 lakh (ex-sh)
All details around MG Comet EV price and variants have now been revealed, and there is a lot to be excited about. The newest electric car from Morris Garages comes in a total of three variants and is priced from Rs 7.98 lakh, ex-showroom. The variant names were previously kept in the dark. Now, these have also been disclosed fully. MG Comet EV comes in 3 variants: Pace, Play, Plush- with Pace being the base-spec and Plush the range-topper.

These prices are introductory and apply to the first 5000 units sold. Bookings for the Comet EV will begin on May 15, 2023, and deliveries could begin soon after. The vehicle has already reached major MG dealerships. However, the manufacturer seems to be prioritizing customer test drives in many places.
MG Comet EV: Overview
Comet, MG’s latest electric car for 2023, is targeted primarily at the young urban crowd. This city-specific EV gets quirky proportions, plenty of in-cabin features and a peppy powertrain. It gets a Tata Motors-sourced 17.3 kWh battery pack and a 42 hp electric motor. The powertrain offers up to 230 km range and takes 7-ish hours at the charger for a full juicing up!
