Prices of all Audi cars are about to go up…
Audi India has announced a price hike on their entire lineup for the upcoming year. The luxury automaker has confirmed an increase of 1.7% across its model range. The new prices will come into effect from January 01, 2023. Audi has blamed the rising input and operational costs as the reason for the hike.
Balbir Singh Dhillon, head – Audi India said that the hike was unavoidable due to the rising supply-chain-related input and operational costs. He further comments that Audi has tried it’s best to absorb the greater share of the cost-premium and to keep the price hike minimal.
Audi’s present lineup consists of Q3, Q5, Q7 and Q8 in SUVs to the A4, A6 and A8 in sedans. Their performance wing has the S5 Sportsback, RS Q8 SUV and RS5 Sportsback currently on sale . The hike will also affect Audi’s electric vehicles, consisting of the e-tron SUV, e-tron Sportsback, the e-tron GT and RS e-tron GT.
