NRI Businessman Buys Kerala’s First Pure Green Porsche Taycan 4S

This UAE-based Indian businessman has just realized a very expensive and equally unique dream. He has brought home a brand new Pure Green Porsche Taycan 4S, an extremely rare Taycan colourway in India!

TR Vijayakumar is the chairman of UAE-based Al Zaabi Group and an avid car enthusiast. He has his native in Konchiravila, Trivandrum. The new Porsche EV thus wears an expensive plate- KL-01-DA-0001!

Porsche Taycan 4S Pure Green: Why Is It Unique?

While this is definitely Kerala’s first Taycan 4S in ‘Pure Green’, several reports also suggest it to be the first and only such in India as well. Why is this so unique? Well, Porsche offers an expansive range of colour options for the Taycan.

The ‘Paint to sample’ (PTS) program has 160+ pre-approved colours on offer. The ‘Pure Green’, however, is currently not available in India! So, having this Taycan 4S painted ‘Pure Green’ was a challenge that Porsche Centre Kochi cheerfully accepted and successfully realized.

Vijayakumar’s Porsche Taycan 4S has a number of other tasteful enhancements as well. The interior makes generous use of club leather, the car’s specced with the Carbon exterior package, matrix LED headlamps and a night vision camera.

Porsche Taycan 4S Specifications

Porsche Taycan’s electric powertrain consists of a 79.2 kWh battery pack and a dual-motor setup that can produce 435 bhp and 640 Nm. With the AWD setup, the Porsche Taycan 4S can do 0-100 kph in under 4 seconds and has a top speed of 250 kph. It is claimed to return a range of up to 435 km on a single charge. The Al Zaabi Garage

Vijayakumar has been doing business for over two decades, and unsurprisingly, has a very enticing garage in Abu Dhabi. Notable names include Limited edition Rolls-Royce, Cadillac Escalade, Range Rover, Mercedes G63 AMG, and Nissan Patrol. The Taycan, however, will have its home in Trivandrum.
