The car gets the brand’s much acclaimed INGENIUM petrol engine.

Jaguar F pace, the British car maker’s popular SUV becomes more affordable in India as the company now produces it locally. The local production is currently confined to just the petrol derivative of the performance SUV.

Prestige, the locally produced varient in discussion here, is powered by a 2.0 L 4 cylinder , 184 kW, 369 Nm Turbocharged INGENIUM petrol engine, and is priced at INR 63.17 Lakh (Ex. Showroom, India ) The trim also flaunts a host of exciting features and equipment like park assist, Lane Keep Assist, 360 degree parking sensors, Driver condition monitor, cabin air ionisation, 10.2 inch touch screen, Wi-fi Hotspot and so on.

Rohit Suri, President & Managing Director, Jaguar Land Rover India Ltd(JLRIL), said:
“In the two years since its launch in India, the Jaguar F-PACE has captivated the imagination of Jaguar fans and our discerning customers. With the launch of the locally manufactured Ingenium petrol derivative of the F-PACE, the appeal of our first Jaguar SUV is further enhanced.”

The F Pace, needless to say in particular, has been designed for supreme performance, agility , responsiveness and refinement, and truely lives upto its ‘Performance SUV’ tag, if not enriching it further with the flair of the ‘Jaguar standards’.

However the 2019 model year car gets a number of aesthetic add-ons like the illuminated metal treadplates, chrome switches for the 10-way seats, suede cloth headliner and bright metal pedals.
